We know it can daunting walking into a church building and All Saints, beautiful and vast as it is, can be a bit overwhelming at first, but a warm welcome awaits you.

What happens in a church service?

On a Sunday you’ll be welcomed just inside the front door and handed a service book, a hymn book, and that week’s bulletin. Between the books and the screens, everything you need for the service will be there.

The service will include hymns, prayers, readings from the Bible, a sermon or talk, and the celebration of Holy Communion. Our singing is led by our wonderful choir, and accompanied by our organ, one of the finest in Cornwall.

Communion being shared at All Saints
A service at All Saints

For Communion, you are more than welcome to receive the bread and wine, but if you would rather receive just a blessing (a brief prayer said for you) the priest will gladly do that for you.

If you have young children with you, there are a number of “busy bags” filled with activities and things to keep them engaged. Just ask one of the Welcomers,

Afterwards there will be refreshments and a chance to get to know other church members – we’re a really friendly bunch!

We do livestream our services on Facebook, so you can always watch a past service to see what we get up to.
